Wessex

I live in Dorset with my husband, James, and our small dachshund dog, Hula. We have two grown-up children, Freddie (21), who’s at university in Cardiff, and Bea (19), who’s currently on a gap year so I understand what it’s like to have children living and studying away from home.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, cycling, and walking in the countryside, as well as cooking and spending time with family and friends. I’m also interested in interior design and enjoy keeping my home comfortable and welcoming, something I think is important for the young people I look after too.
I live in Child Okeford, a village between Blandford Forum and Shaftesbury in North Dorset. It’s a safe, friendly part of southern England with beautiful countryside, good transport links, and easy access to Poole, Bournemouth, Bath, Southampton, and Bristol.
Dorset is known for its relaxed pace of life, great schools, and welcoming communities an ideal place for international students to experience life in the UK and focus on their studies.
